Our History

KCS began as a trusted partner to general contractors across the Mid-Atlantic. From the beginning, our team focused on providing skilled labor solutions that addressed the evolving needs of construction projects. Over time, our services expanded to include comprehensive workforce development training, staffing, consulting, and secure-site project support.

Today, KCS supports commercial, residential, civil, environmental, municipal, and energy projects, as well as work on secure federal installations. With a deep understanding of industry challenges and jobsite demands, we remain committed to delivering reliable labor, safety training, and workforce programs that empower contractors to operate efficiently and meet growing project requirements.

OSHA & Safety Training

Equipment Operation Training
