Kirila Construction Services - Workforce Development Program provides a fully paid 1 month, 160 hour, classroom training opportunity. Trainees will received 1 full week of safety training and certifications, one week of general construction training and certifications, followed by 2 full weeks of activity specific training based on overall industry needs.
Using our staffing expertise and status a a workforce development firm, KCS will incentivize contractors to use our trainees by offering a minimum of 3 months, 480 hours, of employment as a significant cost reduction, while providing our trainees with a full prevailing wage.
The goal of the program is to financially incentivize contractors to train the next generation of construction workers, simultaneously incentivizing the workforce with high paying pages and full benefit packages.
