Kirila Construction Services - Workforce Development Program provides a fully paid 1 month, classroom training opportunity. Trainees will received safety training and certifications, general construction training and certifications, followed by activity specific training based on overall industry needs.

Using our staffing expertise and status a a workforce development firm, KCS will incentivize contractors to use our trainees by offering months of employment as a significant cost reduction, while providing our trainees with a full wage and benefit package.
